1. Don't feel left out.

2. Put yourself into the conversation that آپ and your دوستوں are having. Example:
Friend 1: Hey, did آپ hear that John had to go to the hospital today?
Friend 2: Yeah! I hope he's okay.
Friend 1: I heard that he broke his arm.
You: Seriously? That sounds bad!
Friend 2: Yeah!

3. Be facetious (this should only be used if a bully یا something is talking about آپ with their friends). Example:
Bully 1: Jane is such a jerk.
Bully 2: I know, right!
Bully 1: Let's spill her food on the floor at lunch.
You: Yes, I DO like waffles! How about you?

Overall, just stand up for yourself. Your opinion is a treasure. Express it! Then, آپ won't feel left out.

Well, I will answer with a story.

About 2 weeks ago, my friend was befriending all these new people at the school. She's kind of... uhhh... well guys fall at her feet all the time, how about that? Anyway, so everybody that wasn't her boyfriend یا these 3 other guys, she completely ignored. I had tried to talk to her about that a few days before. Anyway so she was sitting on this میز, جدول and all these guys were in chairs around her. My friend told me that to try to break the cycle of everyone being ignored, I should try to get into the circle. SO I go up with a chair, between these two guys and say "Hey, y'all there's like a دیوار in front of me, can y'all part the waters" (or something along the lines of that). The guys started moving over when my friend randomly yelled at me saying "IT'S NOT OUR JOB TO INCLUDE YOU, ALISON!". Anyway, I'm the type of person that when I'm struck with something like that, i say something snarky than walk away and am quiet and depressed I guess? I kept my distance from her for the rest of the day...

Anyway bottom line is, she was being a jerk and I still haven't completely forgiven her for that - although now all those guys hate her because she did some bad things and I'm one of her only friends. Anyway, so do your best to get into the circle, if not go talk to different people. I befriended this great guy whose pretty quiet and stuff. So ya, broaden your friend group is my recommendation. Hope I could help <3 (P.S. sorry for the essay)
