Do آپ think it's wrong to make someone like آپ as a friend یا make someone تاریخ you.

I told a friend that it's not a right thing to do. I mean if someone doesn't like آپ یا doesn't want to تاریخ you. They why even bother I think it's just stupid and dumb to me.
