It's a good start, and your shape and form is mostly correct. However, your shading needs a bit of work. Most of your lines are very harsh and don't blend together very well, and lines in real life do. (Because they technically aren't lines, they're edges.)
I'm not into photo-realism myself, but I'll post a video that I'm sure will help you.
