I can't though. I keep trying to cry and it won't. I look at sad things and still no tears. I think happy things and still nothing

That's what I do. I have depression problems sometimes but when I'm with people I love and they love me and support me, it really helps. I also tell myself it's okay. It helps.

If you've been feeling this bad for a month, is it possible to see a doctor to get a firm diagnosis? In the meantime, آپ can check out Web MD and پار, صلیب reference your symptoms to the ones listed. That won't help آپ to feel better, but you'll be مزید informed when آپ see a doctor.

For me, I listened to my پسندیدہ songs, took long walks to clear my head, wrote in a journal, etc. Somewhere along the line, I started to feel better. آپ should just try to find things that make آپ feel a little better. Take it one step at a time. And if things don't get better, آپ should talk to someone. If آپ don't think آپ can talk to your family/friends, talk to a therapist. It helps.

And whatever آپ do, don't use food یا alcohol as a way to cope with your depression. Take it from someone who's been there, it doesn't help at all. It just makes things worse.
