It depends. If they are younger they have to be able to handle mature content and not whine یا overreact to it. The only reason the 13 and label is there because F4 assumes آپ can handle mature content if necessary at 13.

As far as I'm concerned quite a few people on fanpop are underaged and they are cool and respectable users. Not starting anything just going on their merry way and chilling. I know quite a few of them. If they are younger they must be able to handle mature content. If they can't they shouldn't be on here. That ironically also is towards any OVERLY immature people regardless of age that cannot handle mature content as well. So it depends really.

i find it annoying mostly because the younger people on here are normally trolls یا they get upset at everything and then there siblings get angry at آپ and رپورٹ آپ when there to young to شامل میں anyway and then it leads to fighting and then people get band from fanpop and its a disaster.

It doesn't bother me at all.
As long as they are mature and don't act like moronic asses, I don't have a problem with it.

I don't mind it, as long as they behave.

In all honesty, I'm annoyed & content with it in some ways.

I'm annoyed with it when the youthful ones sign up on Fanpop when they can't really handle the pressure. From seeing mature content to getting told that recoloring is bad, they easily get angry یا sad, یا usually concoct some kind of excuse.
Sometimes, these people can be trolls, at other times, they can be pretty annoying, I recommend that those types of kids don't sign up until they mature enough.

I'm content with it because I get to meet other people who are my age, یا are under the age as well who can handle the pressure & seeing mature content on this site. Plus, it's really awesome to see them دکھائیں off their unique talents of literature, art, etc.

So, this matter has its pros & cons. It can get pretty stressful & frustrating to have some of these certain kids on this site, but at other times, it's nice to meet them--if they've matured enough to handle it.

well my sister is 8 but she has a fanpop and whenever she sees "bad stuff" she gets all shocked and shes all like "OMG SARA!!! LOOK THERES INAPPROITAE STUFF HERE!?!?!" and im like T_T :P so my point is آپ have to be mature if ur under the limit......

I havent had any of the "younger" kids complain یا get upset easily.
I think they're pretty mature and i dont think we should be underestimating there level of understanding.
I think they are just as mature as us and they can keep on joining if they will.

It doesn't really matter who joins, as long as they don't say stupid things, یا annoy other users (for this, I mean being rude, یا being a troll). I think it's fine if younger users join.

Technically I'm not really underage. Cos' I'm turning 13 this سال but fanpop just won't let me put it in. Soooo, and no it does not cos' I am mature and I don't "moan and groan" And i really think that teens and stuff underestimate us "younger children". and i dont fuckin care about what type i language I use bitches

The picture is kind of funny. For those that seem offensive یا annoying, I tend to ignore. As for certain trolls who go way out of bounds, I have no tolerance.
As far as those who are underage, most are ok. I just accept some of their statements for what they're worth. It does bother me that some could be taken advantage of. I think parents should know what younger kids are doing on the computer. Just to keep the kids safe.
I may seem overprotective, but as a parent and grandparent, it comes naturally.

If they can't handle the bad stuff that happens here then they shouldn't have signed up in the first place, plus most of the idiots that have continued to do it aren't mature enough.
