Why???

عملی حکمت are TV shows... and I like TV shows... not to mention the art is much better than most cartoons I get on TV at my house because the artists actually put a lot of effort into it. I also find that the plots are much better than most "ordinary" cartoons I come across.

To me, عملی حکمت is just another form of TV دکھائیں that I like to watch. Each دکھائیں is individual, so it really depends on the عملی حکمت on whether I think it's my type of دکھائیں یا not. I usually don't like to clump every single one together and label them all as "anime" because each عملی حکمت دکھائیں has a genre with a different plot. Some animes I like, some I don't like.
