HELP ME PLEASE ANSWER IT IS SERIOUS!

i have been getting depressed for over 2 months now easly i have been asked to get help i کہا i don't know. The thing that is bothering me is my looks / body . i REALLY dislike them i could even say i hate myself it has been getting in the way of school work and i never leave my room now i have been getting alot of headaches i REALLY need help pease answer seriously . the سوال is should i get help ?
