How to grow hair out

Okay so my hair is a lil above my shoulders and im only 12 so NO pills , یا weave or, extension . Natural ways plz i want it up to my "chest" 😉 I want it to be at least like 2-4 most 5 months at the most plz hurry up w/ the جوابات answer my other سوالات 2 plz :)

Trust me! they work! I do these, and my hair is almost 2 feet, now, and hair naturall ygrows about 1.2 inches a month.
