Is it ok if I make random part 2?

I was planning to make another random club because this is the most active club of all of fanpop. And a attraction to trolls. So is it ok, یا am I stealing?

In a sense آپ are stealing because آپ are copying someone else's idea. You'd need permission from the person who actually made this club to be able to do that.
