Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. آپ might hear یا see something that isn't there. Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how آپ might have a delusion of being watched when آپ really aren't یا آپ have a delusional idea that آپ can achieve something that is unachievable. Both of these can be caused سے طرف کی some mental disorders.
Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. آپ see something thats not there. آپ hear something thats not there. آپ feel/smell something thats not there.
A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where آپ believe آپ are a god. یا maybe آپ believe آپ can fly. یا maybe آپ believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.
