-Friendly people
-Nice beaches
-Nice views
-Pretty محفوظ through out the city I live in. Though there has been some violence, but still pretty safe. Like a woman can go out at night and not be attacked سے طرف کی some crazy rapist.

-Real estate has become quite expensive, whether to buy یا rent.
-Dumb drivers. Which has cause quite a few car accidents یا drivers being pulled over for reckless driving.
-Politics.
-Uemployment (meaning it can be difficult to get a job. There are a lot of unemployed people where I live.)
-The Government
-Taxes.

Pros:
- Good Metal scene (and موسیقی in general)
- Typically liberal and accepting of things like the LGBT, wicca, and other 'unconventional' things

Pros: Cheap gas prices, excellent train action, and wonderful scenery.

- Progressive, accepting, multicultural
- Following on from the "multicultural point": good food
- Best state govt in the country (wow imagine investing in infrastructure for the future!)

- Largest Greek population anywhere outside of Greece, shit's intense

Cons:
- Far away from everything, like literally in the middle of bumfuck nowhere when آپ look at it on a global level... Not as bad as Perth tho.
-"If آپ don't like the weather, wait 10 منٹ and it'll change". It's bizarre honestly
- Property prices (even rent), absolutely rip @ me and all Gen Z
- Largest Greek population anywhere outside of Greece, shit's intense

Pros:
-Lots of things to do
-Lots of shops and restaurants
-Holds one of the largest comic conventions in the country
-Gorgeous mountains on all sides

Cons:
-Really bad air quality
-Stupid drivers and bad traffic
-Too crowded
-Constant underlying fear of a massive earthquake which has been overdue for decades
