You have a chance to defend yourself against a serial killer. Ghosts are a lot harder to get rid of.

Both are very frightening situations. About serial killers it would be so scary to have somebody like that in your house especially if you don't even know it. And a question about ghosts: can ghost hurt people???

And yeah, I'm in a house with a seriel killer. But how do I know they would kill me? How do I know they're a killer? How easily could I overpower them? If they do kill me, would my murder get featured in a true crime show? Would Shame Madej mock the odd circumstances under which I was found? Would I become a ghost myself? Would Shane Madej mock not only my murder but my ghost as well?? If the answer to those last four are yes then I'd gladly be in a house with a murderer.

Conclusion: depends on the ghost. Too many questions about the serial killer for me to give a decisive answer.

The other one's only scary if you believe in ghosts.
