Well both actually because they both run in my family, but I know more people and have more relatives who have died of cancer.

Both are really good causes, but since diabetes hits closer to home for me (grandfather and cousin both are diabetic), then that's the way I would go.

Both. Diabetes run in family. And I care for people with cancer. =\

My grandma has had 4 cancers in her life.

I'd support both-but cancer even more so since my aunt had cancer (uterin(e?) cancer)

both are excellent causes and both are important to me because both run in my family but cancer seems more deadly and more aggressive than diabeties but both are horrible diseases

both. my grandpa has diabetes. but i think cancer more since my dad died from it.

My dad died of cancer, as did my maternal grandfather, paternal grandfather, maternal grandmother and my favourite Aunt.
