If you mean like relationship love, then yes, they do. But we were meant to share brotherly (or sisterly) love, so it's a good thing we're sharing the love!

I think they don't use it easily enough. I mean they'll go and sleep around with people but if someone says they love them they freak out. And as to, I love tacos, then that doesn't count. If it's meant to be special then you know. And that's why luv was invented. But that's just me.

I think people are so programmed by society to 'fall in love' that they often say the words before they really mean them. Society places too much importance on being in a relationship IMO. People think that they have to be with someone in order to be happy. So they latch onto someone without really loving them. But because it's expected, they say the words. And people often are more in love with 'falling in love' than with the person they're with.

Real love isn't something that can be forced because you think you should feel it. And it doesn't happen overnight. Sure you can fall in lust when you first meet someone, become infatuated...and real love can grow from that. But you don't really love someone until you know them at their best and their worst.

Yes. The word is slowly losing its meaning.

i think we need new words to distinguish between romantic , family and the love you have for e.g a car.

People confuse 'being in love' with love.
