Personality wise, he's an idiot. He's kinda like Sonic, in that he's overconfident, cocky, and somewhat idiotic. HOWEVER... He CAN be very serious when the time calls, and at some points, emo, even... :3

Power-wise... superfast and super agile. Can use just about any weapon آپ thow at him, from K-bar knifes, to Liquid Nitrogen Grenades, from Tritonal Charges, to Desert Eagles.
