IMO this is one of the best episodes of this season so far if not one of the best of the series....holy crap!.....seriously i'm still in tears because of ellen and jo.....man that scene when ellen and jo were waiting for the hellhounds to break in and jo died, watching ellen go through that made me cry so hard.

this was so heartwrenching, exciting, and all around fantastic episode. there where so many emotions in this episode...from the beginning it was happiness the 2 realization, to fear, then sadness.

cas was wicked awesome in this episode...he wasn't in there very much but he made me feel better :D

I was in tears during that scene but when Ellen said "that's my good girl" I just LOST it.

This episode was AWESOME! I loved everything about it and what Cas said to Lucifer about saying he would rather die than give up Sam made me love him so much! He was amazing! AND when Sam reveals to Dean about what Lucifer told him about "6 months...Detroit", Dean had BETTER tell Sam about what he saw in the future! It's exactly what he saw! He NEEDS to hear it!

Great ep all around! Made me laugh at some parts (Cas drinking, Crowley was a RIOT!) and cry at others (Dean breaking down when talking to Bobby, Ellen crying after Jo dies in her arms).

I knew the colt wasn't gonna work because, DUH!, it's only the 10th episode of the season and Lucifer is the baddie of this season! He can't die when we have only hit the middle!

Great episode! Sucks its TWO MONTHS to the next one, but I'll be rewatching my DVD's. SPN MARATHON TIME!! Yay!!

I, for one of the few times in SPN, teared up at Ellen and Jo's death scene.

I found the end a bit anticlimatic, but overall I liked the episode. I really liked Crowley. Cas drinking was awesome, and also, him using Meg to step out of the angel fire ring circle, dark but awesome.

I bawled. Just flat out bawled. Dammit, I had a bad feeling they were going to die. I'm just...heartbroken. Could Ellen and Jo have been more kickass during this episode? I don't think so. And now they're gone. =( There was a lot I loved about this episode but I'm just stuck on their deaths- I can't talk about anything else right now.

This episode had me on a emotional rollercoaster...Between Ellen and Jo and Dean trying to keep it together...and Castiel being a badass, and Lucifer being an evil badass...and bobby not dying...to much for my brain to process right now...

Loved it!!Nothing else to say,too much overwhelmed.

Abandon All Hope ... what a great name for an epic episode. This was one of the best episodes of the series. I never expected to cry that hard. Like fifthbitten said, there were a variety of emotions throughout the episode and the last scene were Bobby threw their photo in the fire really sums up what is heading our way :( Bravo, Kripke! You did it again! *claps in awe*

I've never cried so much during a SPN episode. Ever. My eyes are still wet.
Plus now I can't watch season 2 without thinking about this episode.
I really loved Castiel in this episode, but still, like fanfly said, the deaths or my two beloved characters overshadows everything else for me.

This episode was just....wow! Thats all I can say. Ellen and Jo were so brave and heartbreaking.

Still sitting hear having troubles with my breath. I feel lame =P But then again, it was Dean and Jo and they are my favorite Supernatural couple, so no wonder I cried so fucking much :')

And yes. It's definitely on top of the best episodes ever made. IMO it's tied with 'All Hell Breaks Loose pt. 1 & 2' to be on top! Everything was so touching, surprising, sad and just PERFECT! Kripke really knows how to do his job this season!

And I've gotta say. Cas kicked some great ass this episode! *high five*

And ALSO (Dude. This is like the 3rd time I'm editing my comment), LUCIFER'S SARCASTIC BAD-ASS ATTIDUDE REACHED YED'S AWESOME ATTIDUDE! I seriously love him =D
