can i get twins that are different genders?

Cheats will be needed here:

1. First have a woman pregnant. Make sure she has fertility treatment.

2. Type in ctrl, shift, and c all at the same time.

3. Then type in, testingcheatsenabled true.

4. Go to the mailbox, and press shift, while clicking the mailbox.

5. Then options will pop up, then press 'Set Career...', then click 'more', then آپ press 'Medical...' and lastly آپ press 'World Renowned Surgeon'. Note- Become a the husband changing the job for this یا any other sim in the household.
