Naomi: How old do you have to be to get a tattoo anyways?

Amber: I'm not sure but I know the guy and he doesn't care if I get one or not...see I live with my little sis so I don't have parents and I can do what I want

Naomi: I only live with my older brother. My mother died giving birth to me so we were put up for adoption and we my brother was old enough, he was alowed to leave and took me with him. He shouldn't mind if I get a small tattoo.
