Are آپ stuck in a story? Are آپ going around and around, getting deeper and deeper into details? Does your story have a life of it's own? Do آپ "live" in it constantly? Do آپ spend your time telling everyone about your story? Are آپ busy validating that your story is true? Is it difficult for آپ to find a way out? If آپ answered "yes" to most of these سوالات then آپ are probably stuck in your story.
As a coach, I see this all of the time. Some clients have become so stuck that they can't think of anything but their story - it is all-consuming. That's rough because when آپ can't see anything but the story, آپ can't see a way out. The first thing آپ need to do when آپ realize آپ are stuck in a story is to name it. "I am stuck in my story about _____." Then let someone else know آپ recognize آپ are stuck and that آپ are going to work to get out of it.
It's time to ask some good questions:
Why is this story so important to you?
What benefit do آپ get from holding on to this story?
What do آپ believe about this story?
How do آپ know your beliefs are accurate?

But first on this earth as vampire sent,
Thy corpse shall from tomb be rent:
Then ghastly haunt thy native place,
And suck the blood of all thy race;
There from thy daughter, sister, wife,
At midnight drain the stream of life;
Yet loathe the banquet which perforce
Must feed thy livid living corpse.
Thy victims are they yet expire
Shall know the demon for the sire,
As cursing thee, thou cursing them,
Thy flowers are withered on the stem.
