What is the name of this Anime?

I know the picture says the name of this Anime. But when i go to تلاش up that name. I can't seem to find aney thing for it. I can't find out weather this is a tv دکھائیں یا just a video game. Yes, it's a video game, it is a romance visual novel and I highly doubt that there is an عملی حکمت for this. Memories Off is the عنوان of the series of games; There is مزید than one game for Memories Off, and "Unstolen Jewel" is one of them.

It's a visual novel game, but it appears to also have an OVA, this appears to be the first episode (out of 3) on Youtube!

there is no English dub, so you'll have to read subtitles if آپ want to watch it, which really isn't that big of a deal, it was released in I think....2001, so there probably won't ever be an English dub
