is pokemon عملی حکمت based on a manga یا book series (which in turn would be based on the game)? if not, i wasn't aware آپ could have fillers. یا are آپ just considering any episode that doesn't advance the plot a filler?

i consider a filler to be material that didn't take place in the original ذریعہ material. but some might use it to describe an episode where nothing really much happens that advances the plot. not sure if there's special terminology that can be used to distinguish between the two.
