When آپ ترمیم an مضمون are آپ supposed to lose all the times it was 'liked'?

In the گزشتہ rating system, I don't remember losing ratings when something was edited but then I didn't usually ترمیم my مضامین after they were published either. The only reason I'm concerned is that the مضمون I published is a work in progress that other شائقین are helping me to complete, so it's going to be edited frequently.
