Fanpop سوال

Is anyone else unable to change their پروفائل background?

I've been trying to change mine for about a week now, but I keep getting a message saying "An error has occurred. Please try again later". I have checked that I have مزید than enough سونا to buy a new background. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've tried dozen of times today and I've send the help center of Fanpop a mail. Hope they can fix this issie

Yes,I know what آپ mean.They certainly aren't as active as they used to be.I do keep making them aware that the background issue is still there.
