In Good Night and Good Chuck, did Kowalski sound a little tiny bit different while saying "Plan B" یا it's just me?

I don't know, because I haven't seen that episode, yet... but sometimes voice actors can sound strange and different to how they usually sound, when saying certain lines. Like in the Moomins, when Snufkin کہا 'Look over there, Little My!', he sounded really high pitched. That's a bit off topic, but... oh well. XD
