What's the best about PPG/RRB/PPnkG OCs?

The best thing with other people's characters of their own about the powerpuffs. I personally like that they can take a personality and stretch it to the without any worry of how others will think. Easily yet well develeoped characters is the best if آپ ask me. ^_^ What's your favortie part?
