•4 cups steamed Japanese rice
•strips of dried nori (seaweed)
•salt to taste
•black sesame seeds
•*for fillings:
•ume (pickled plum) / grilled salted سامن, سالمن (small chunks) / kombu no tsukudani
Preparation:
