WELL IF آپ HAVE SEEN THE MOVIE یا READ THE BOOK آپ WOULD KNOW THAT HE LEFT BECAUSE BELLA WAS IN DANGER. REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AT BELLS B دن PARTY WELL EDWARD DIDNT WANT TO HARM گھنٹی, بیل ANYMORE BECAUSE IM SURE آپ REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED INTHE FIRST BOOK WHERE JAMES TRIED TO KILL HER THAT WAS STRIKE 1 THEN HIS OWN BROTHER ALMOST DID IM SURE THAT WAS STRIKE 1 AND 2 FOR HER AND HE LOVES HER SO MUCH THAT HE HAD TO LEAVE HER.
Edward leaves Bella because he thinks that it's dangerous for bella to be with him and that he is only bringing danger to her life and because he thought that bella should have a human life and a chance at humanity instead of waiting for him to change her into a vampire so he loves her so much that he decided to leave her to protect her.
Edward still loves her but he thinks she would be better off if she wasn't involved with vampires so he leaves her only to realize that it didnt do anything for either of them.
he leaves her because Carlisle has been working at the hospital for a long time, and people are starting to notice that he is still looking very young for his age..(which is because he is a vampire)and they start to ask questions. so the cullens had to اقدام away to protect there secret from getting out which in the movie was obviously not their best choice. also because he thinks he is bringing danger to her life and wants her to live like a normal human for once.
He leaves her so that she can try to have a normal life without being involved with vampires and also because of Carlisle working at the hospital and the staff starting to notice that he is not aging at all.
