Since this is a forum I will happily say Icy does!

I absolutely love Icy and I think she has beautiful hair, so I definitely choose Icy. But out of the Winx Club girls... I'd have to go with Stella's hair; however I think that Musa's hair is gorgeous when it's down and long.
