If say scared of Momo hate him, I have rather say Hitsugaya is afraid Momo treat him as a little brother.

I think he might be a little scared of that possibility. He looked so worried when Aizen wrote that fake letter and Mommo went against him.

I think he most certainly is. Most people, I would assume, wouldn't like if their best freind hated them. Besides, the animators played off that possible fear in the new filler arch when they pitted Hitusgaya against a fake Hinamori and he wouldn't dare hurt her after she said "can you kill me... again?"
