My little baby... Meet Vulpes... He is based off of "THE VULPES INCULTA" from my new, and latest obsession, Fallout: New Vegas.. All rights belong to Bethesda Gaming Studios and the other creators of the game. I did change up some things *Cough* The Legion and his past *cough* To fit the modern دن time of our little OC universe, but mostly everything else, including looks, personality, and the 'gang' leader, is based off his charrie and other notes from the game..

Name: Vulpes Inculta
(V-ull-pez In-cool-tah)

Class:Villian

Race: Caucasian/Human

Age: Eighteen

Hair: Dark brown; buzz-cut.

Eyes: A vibrant green, with hints of blue.

Relations: None.

Costume: A red shirt, plated shoulder-pads with red X's on them, a dark brown, metal and leather chest plate, and dark red and brown chaps. OH and a بھیڑیا head, hat!

Civvies: A brown and white business suit and a wonderful FEDORA!

Weapon Choice: A amped up, full-powered, meat cutter, along with his secondary as a machete.

Personality: Dark sense of humor along with a very charismatic feel to him. He's merciless, ruthless, and lustful. If he doesn't kill آپ quickly it's only to kill آپ slowly

Skills and Powers:
☠He is quiet, stealth is his strong suit
☠He's not muscular, but is strong, and what he lacks in strength he makes up in grace.
☠He's skillfully trained with most melee weapons, mostly machetes.

Background: His family was forced to sell him to the leader of a gang called "The Legion". His father was an ex-legionary so he thought it would do the boy well, in trade of the amount of money needed to survive. The boy was brutally raped سے طرف کی the leader, and دیا the name "Vulpes". He was also tattooed with the Gang's insignia, a golden lion, on his hip, to be constantly reminded of who he now belonged to. From that دن Vulpes grew on to be the leader of the Frumentarii, a group in the Gang that were the hit-men, and assassins. He met a lovely girl, outside of the gang, and he knew outside relations were prohibited, even though it was an all-male gang. The girl was murdered سے طرف کی a member of The Legion and Vulpes vowed to never trust, nor love, anyone ever again.

As he reached his late teens he grew to be bloodthirsty and murdering had become his main addiction, like a drug, who couldn't stop and practically loved it. The Gang leader, Caesar (Kay-zar), has a bounty on any person belonging to the group of the Young Justice. And Vulpes, being the head recon, wouldn't mind executing the job.

-He's a real smooth talker, easy on the eyes, known for his "Silver-Tongue"
-The wolf-hat he wears represents the stealth of the night-stalkers, and himself.
-He's violent and unemotional.
-Killing is merely a hobby, something he does for fun.
-Vulpes Inculta is Latin for: Rough Fox.
-He was formally blonde and had length, wavy, hair but was forced to cut and dye his hair: سے طرف کی Caesar's command.

Btw he is an Outsider, so آپ may never see him, I just felt like making him.. (: Who knows maybe after everything is کہا and done, I'll do some story on him.

And who knows, maybe this little homicidal maniac has a soft spot?
