I am often starting to be a پرستار of something but If آپ are پرستار of somebody/something there can always be a situation when آپ will want to stop it. Lets be honest. It often happens with me and I am sure a lot of people have had situation like that یا something simmilar. But then آپ start to feel distracted. آپ don't know what to start with. Maybe آپ are even afraid of, for exmple, how others would take it. But don't worry. Here are a short guide that will help آپ to stop being a پرستار easy and fast.
Step 1. Understanding.
So آپ just understood that آپ don't like this thing anymore? Lets think about it. Do آپ really want to stop? Won't آپ feel bad after it. Actually it is just theorical part of stopping being a پرستار but it is important. آپ don't want to throw all your merchandise out and then cry and shout "I want it all back. I still love it." Think twice before doing اگلے steps.
Step 2. Big trashcan.
It is the most important and a quite symbolic step. آپ take everything off. All the posters, all little پرستار things آپ have around you. Take everything away. It has symbolic meaning. Getting rid of obsession, of being a fan. Then throw everything out. EVERYTHING. Rip all the printouts, old posters. Get rid of all that. آپ are starting a new life. Congratulate yourself.
Step 3. Things that are worth money.
Probably آپ have something like CD's, DVD's, books, T-shirts, cups etc. Things that آپ have paid a money for and they are still worth it. آپ can throw them out of course but better idea is to just sell them. Maybe someone who is a پرستار of a thing آپ are stopping to be a پرستار of will buy them. Things are used so آپ won't probably sell them for the same price آپ bought them but anyway... Maybe your cousin likes them? Give them to him. Also آپ can donate things if آپ want. Poor people will be happy about almost new T-shirts even with آپ ex-idol pic on them.
Step 4. Digital cleaning.
Take your phone, tablet, computer and other devices and خارج everything like موسیقی files, pics. It also may have symbolic meaning and آپ will get a lot of free space in your computers memory. Clean all آپ social networks profiles. Maybe آپ have facebook banner with your ex-idols pic. Change it! Unfollow it. Unsubscribe channels in youtube. خارج thematic boards in pinterest. Step 5. Let the world know it.
Stopped being a پرستار of Justin Bieber but some months later your godmother gives آپ a cup with his pic on it for christmas, thinking that آپ still like him? Don't let it happen. Tell everybody that آپ are stopping being a fan. Write an arcticle in internet like I did. Tell it to your family and friends. Let them know.
Step 6. Start a new life.
Its the best part. آپ can find a new thing to be a پرستار of. آپ can simply enjoy your freedom :) Remember, stopping being a پرستار is good thing and آپ don't have to be ashamed because it oppens آپ to new opportunities, new things to like. Just be happy and proud of yourself about liking what آپ like and disliking what آپ dislike and if somebody says things like "How could آپ stop being his fan?I hate آپ for it. آپ ruined our friendship." Remember that آپ can do whatever آپ want and its your life no matter what others say.
