Step 1. Understanding.

Maybe your cousin likes them? Give them to him. Also آپ can donate things if آپ want. Poor people will be happy about almost new T-shirts even with آپ ex-idol pic on them.
Step 4. Digital cleaning.
Take your phone, tablet, computer and other devices and خارج everything like موسیقی files, pics. It also may have symbolic meaning and آپ will get a lot of free space in your computers memory. Step 6. Start a new life.
Its the best part. آپ can find a new thing to be a پرستار of. آپ can simply enjoy your freedom :) Remember, stopping being a پرستار is good thing and آپ don't have to be ashamed because it oppens آپ to new opportunities, new things to like. Just be happy and proud of yourself about liking what آپ like and disliking what آپ dislike and if somebody says things like "How could آپ stop being his fan?I hate آپ for it. آپ ruined our friendship." Remember that آپ can do whatever آپ want and its your life no matter what others say.
