I would freak out about the whole being a guy and not being able to get pregnant thing. I don't know if I'd keep it یا not. I'd probably lose it anyway from having all the trauma and major panic attacks. ^^ being pregnant is not, "the best thing in the world" Even if آپ didn't have a vampire baby, you'd still go through A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERERING

It isn't normally life threatening though, fewer bones get broken, آپ don't usually find yourself craving human blood..
