In the book does Bella get bit on the hand, یا wrist?

I thought it was the hand... cause that's what i remember reading and also cause it would make مزید sense when Jacob notices that the scar is cold.. cause pretty sure he holds hands with her and notices it. But yeah in the movie he doesn't notice it.
