Can somebody help me?

Whenever I try to change the شبیہ picture, پرستار pop says that the تصویر is uploaded, but nothing ever changes. I tried again and again with different pictures in different sizes, yet still nothing works. It still says that it's "uploaded" but really it isn't. How do I fix this problem??? :[
