Willow got up and traveled back to the clearing for leftover supplies.

Aldywn narrowed her eyes. "What do you want, then? Go ahead, kill me. It's not like I have anything to live for."

Harriett woke up and looked around the cave, almost forgeting where she was.

Johnathan held his sword tight.

Blake drops a large bird at Harriets feet. " now we need a fire."

All of a sudden, the cannon sounded.

"my first kill..," Willow watched the aircraft carry away the boys body.

Harriet sat up and looked to the stream. She got up and walked to the edge. "Maybe if the sun has heated the rocks enough."

Aldywn dodged the dager, and ran over to grab it. "Well?"

I dont think so. I think it was a made up boy. She aimed at me anyway.

Oh okay.

"Well what do you say? Will you ally with me?"

"Why would I? I'm not weak like the rest of you. I can take care of myself.. but can you? Is that why you need me?"

Johnathan narrowed his eyes. "I'm not weak. Like I said before, I need a decoy. It will just make the games end quicker so the true weak ones wont have to suffer as long."

Aldywn thinks. After a long pause, she looks up. "Deal."

Johnathan held out his hand. "I'm Johnathan. Or just John."

Aldywn shakes his hand. "Im Aldywn. Dont you dare laugh at my name!"

Johnathan held up his hands. "I wouldn't dare." He put his sword back in it's sheath.

"What I thought."

"Come on." Johnathan went back in his cave.

Aldywn followed him. "Ugh. To think you would pick a bigger hid out."

Johnathan glanced over his shoulder. "What? This cave isn't good enough for Princess Aldywn?" He smirked.

Aldywn grabs the dagger she collected. "I could kill you now, if you want."

Johnathan pulled out his sword. "I don't think you really want to do that."

Harriett sat at the edge of the stream and ran her hands over the rocks. "They feel pretty warm."

"Possibly... we better be on the move, Harriett. Never know when someone's 'onna pop up and slit ya throat," Blake said as he collected their bags.

"Dang it! Lost my favorite dagger....no matter, I've got a nifty weapon in store for them! " Willow whips out her nunchucks with spikes at the ends. "ha ha! And I still got some daggers left. I'm in good shape."

Harriett nodded. "And I got these." She removed the two rabbits from her belt. "We're gonna need to eat these soon but if we eat them raw we can get rabbit fever."

Blake sighed "Best to eat 'em here then quickly leave the fire." He licked his finger and stuck it high up in the air then said "We'll travel south. The wind'll cover our smell."

Willow grined evily. "Perfect.....stay still, little skinny rabbits....." she whispered to herself as she aimed her dagger for Harriet. She swiftly threw one straight for her chest.

"harriet move!" Blake grabbed his sword and deflected the dagger.

Harriet pulled out her bow and loaded it.

Blake gripped his sword tightly. He gasped and said "Run. Now! MOVE, BLOODY MOVE!" He runs quickly down southwards.

"What the...." Then Willow heard it. Several wolfs bounded into the clearing and snarled at them.

Harriet ran after him and caught up in a few strides.

"Get in a tree!" he jumps up one and hides.

Willow is bit by one and another jumps on her.

Harriett climbed up and sat on the branch next to him.

The wolves pass by and howl far away.

Blake sighs and puts his hand on her shoulder. "you alright? "

The cannon sounds.

Harriett nodded. "Yeah. One more tribute down."

Nodding he says "Who knows how many more to go..... "

"I would say quite a few." She glanced down at his hand still on her shoulder.

"god freaking wolves.... " Willow muttered, several of them lying dead around her. "If that kid hadn't stumbled upon me, I'd been dead. " she looked over at his dead body.

He takes his hand off quickly "Sorry.... " he turns away and inspects a small bite on his hand.

"It's alright." Harriett looked at the bite on his hand. "What's that from?"
